A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Shipping Information You will receive an order acknowledgement by email from us when your order is entered into our system. Please be sure to thoroughly check your acknowledgement for accuracy. We will notify you at that time of an approximate ship date. We ship by Fedex Express Saver Service, UPS Ground Service, or LTL freightline. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. You will receive tracking updates by email from Fedex and UPS when your order ships. All merchandise ships from our warehouse in Stockbridge, Ga unless otherwise noted in the item description. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Return / Refund Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. No returns without prior approval. If you return unused merchandise in its original carton a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply. Return of used items will not be considered. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. |
